1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and gilis (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Philippine-registered online gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing the gilis website located at gilis.cam (the "Website"), creating an account, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the gilis platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Website or services after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any other policies or rules posted on the Website. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the gilis platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older;
• You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the gilis platform;
• You must not be prohibited by law from engaging in online gambling activities;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, suspension, or ban from gilis or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator;
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To access gaming services on the gilis platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete registration information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Philippine Peso). You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

gilis reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to valid Philippine government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or other acceptable forms of ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify gilis of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. gilis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree not to allow any other person to use your account or to share your password with third parties.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

gilis accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Website, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), and other methods as we may periodically add or remove. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposited funds are credited to your gilis account balance and are available for wagering on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and other gaming products offered on the platform. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institutions.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name. gilis reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same payment method used for deposits, or to request an alternative method if the original deposit method is unavailable for payouts.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, while bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. gilis reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.

3.3 Fees and Currency

All transactions on the gilis platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). gilis does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by external payment providers.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All players must engage with gilis gaming services in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of this Agreement:

• Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to play games;
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities;
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to credit card fraud, chargebacks, or identity theft;
• Money laundering or using the gilis platform to transfer funds for illicit purposes;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from gilis software;
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other players or gilis staff;
• Any other activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

gilis reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Agreement. If we determine in our sole discretion that you have engaged in prohibited activities, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account, void all bets, forfeit all winnings, and confiscate your account balance. We may also report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4.2 Game Results and Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on the gilis platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game results are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game. Once a game round or bet is settled, the result is final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of clear technical malfunction or system error as determined by gilis in its sole discretion.

4.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting is subject to specific rules and regulations displayed in the sports betting section of the Website. All bets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant sporting body or league. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sports betting rules. gilis reserves the right to void bets or refuse wagers at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected manipulation, or irregular betting patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gilis may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts or collusion to manipulate bonuses, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

gilis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are granted at gilis's sole discretion and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash (except through completion of wagering requirements), or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Failure to comply with bonus terms and conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

gilis is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide various responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools to maintain control over their gaming activity.

If you feel that you need to take a break from gaming, you may request a cooling-off period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months. During a cooling-off period, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to login or access gaming services. For more serious concerns, you may request permanent self-exclusion, which will result in permanent closure of your gilis account and exclusion from creating new accounts in the future.

Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to our customer support team and will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. gilis cooperates with PAGCOR and other responsible gaming organizations to provide support resources for players experiencing gambling-related problems.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the gilis Website are the exclusive property of gilis, our licensors, or our content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the gilis platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

The gilis name, logo, and all related trademarks are protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of gilis intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The gilis platform and all gaming services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, gilis disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

gilis does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks, including the risk of loss, and you agree to assume all such risks. gilis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

In no event shall gilis's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including but not limited to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, and other torts.

9. Termination and Account Closure

gilis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, violation of responsible gaming policies, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or any other reason as determined by gilis in its sole discretion.

Upon termination, all outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and your account balance (minus any bonus funds or amounts determined to be in dispute) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Terminated accounts may not be reinstated, and you may be permanently prohibited from creating new accounts with gilis.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account balance within thirty (30) days. After this period, gilis reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for account maintenance.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the gilis platform or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact gilis customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation and resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

gilis reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the gilis platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gilis platform and close your account. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated via email or account notification where practicable.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by gilis of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Failure by gilis to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of gilis. gilis may freely assign this Agreement or any rights hereunder to any third party without notice or your consent.

12.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary policies incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and gilis regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
